Looking for some guidance and how to navigate minor nutrition concerns such as special diets, meal planning, family meal planning, heart healthy eating, plant- based eating, mindful eating, etc.
Receive nutrition education to help you understand how to adapt a healthier lifestyle that is specific to you and your nutritional concerns.

1x Initial Assessment (45 mins): to help me better understand you and your lifestyle (your objectives, medical history, eating habits, and changes you may implement)

1x Nutrition Education Session (60 mins): specific education provided to relate to your nutrition goals and to help you navigate your concerns

4x Follow Up Sessions (30 mins): review progress, and determine an attainable plan for you to follow moving forward

Motivational email support between sessions to help you stay consistent and on track
Nutrition REFRESH- Package 2
Need a refresher on nutrition? Want a quick nutrition assessment and overhaul to improve your nutrition and have a better understanding of how you should be fueling your body.
By refreshing some nutrition basics with me you will be able to re-establish a good nutrition foundation to make healthy, informed decisions to live a happy, healthy life.

1x Pantry Session (1.5 hour): Together we look into YOUR pantry and fridge and identify great basics and staples to always have on hand. *Includes Nutrition Education, Label Reading and Healthy Recipe Swap component.

Personalized Nutrition- Package 3
Together we will establish a practical, personalized plan to help you meet your nutrition goals. I will give you the support to create major shifts in your well being.
This plan will allow you to gain control and confidence to adapt a sustainable healthy lifestyle, empowering you to live a healthier life.
